By creating an account, integrating our services, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Prizium, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including publishers, developers, affiliates, and any other parties accessing the Platform.
Prizium provides an incentive-based offerwall monetization solution that enables publishers to earn revenue by displaying and promoting third-party advertiser offers.
Advertisers are third parties, and Prizium does not own, control, or guarantee the availability, quality, or completion of any individual offer.
All earnings are subject to advertiser validation and approval. Conversions flagged as invalid, fraudulent, duplicate, or non-compliant will not be eligible for payment.
Prizium reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or reverse payments in cases of suspected abuse or advertiser clawbacks.
Minimum payout thresholds, payment methods, and schedules are subject to change at any time.
All Platform content, branding, software, and technology are the exclusive property of Prizium. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
Prizium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the Platform.
We provide the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, advertiser policies, or applicable laws, with or without notice.
Terminated accounts may forfeit pending or unpaid earnings.
Prizium may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
